11W Jubilee fun.

The pupils in 11W have had fun making a Jubilee sponge.  It had red, blue and white layers.  We covered the cake in white icing and a Union Jack flag made from red and blue smarties.  We can’t wait to eat it at our Jubilee party!

Parents’ Evening

We are hoping to be able to hold parents’ evening in person for the first time since the pandemic.  The date is Wednesday 29th June 4pm-5.30pm so please put this date in your diaries.  This will be for all parents except the parents of the year 11 pupils who will leave school on Friday 24th June.  We will confirm more details nearer the time.

Safer Internet Day 2022

This week our pupils are learning more about this years Safer Internet Day theme ‘all fun and games’ which focuses on pupils use of the internet whilst gaming. We have talked about the pros and cons of gaming and designed a new profile image (avatar) that can help protect our identity whilst online.
We have also discussed ways that we can stay safe and protect ourselves whilst gaming online.

8H’s week

The end of another busy week! We’ve done various art activities, explored money by sorting the coins, and in science we labelled items as wet or dry. In Forest School we did some stone painting, as well as exploring rough and smooth, big and small. We’ve also been working on our handwriting, writing words from our current book – can you tell what it was about?

Here’s to another week!
