At The Oaks all of our admissions come directly from SEN Placement and Provision at County Hall, Durham. All pupils who attend The Oaks Secondary School have an Education Health and Care Plan. For more information about admissions please contact the placement and Provision Team on 03000 265878

Admission to the Sixth Form for pupils currently at The Oaks with severe or profound learning difficulties is via the EHCP review process. Students from other schools should contact the placement and provision team at Durham County Council.
Parents, carers and professionals are welcome to visit school, with or without their child, where they will be given a tour and an opportunity to ask questions.
