
During Rights Respecting Schools (RRS) sessions, pupils throughout the school will engage in collaborative projects and concentrate on various developmental areas.
Year 7 students will explore themes of identity and inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging and self-awareness.
Year 8 students will delve into mental and physical health, promoting holistic well-being.
Year 9 students will focus on cultivating independent skills, preparing them for adult life.
Meanwhile, Year 10 and Year 11 students will concentrate on readiness for further education and employment, equipping them with essential skills for life beyond The Oaks.
Sixth Form pupils will have the opportunity to concentrate on a variety of the above areas as part of a three-year rolling programme.
Each half term will culminate in a Mental Health Morning, offering pupils the opportunity to participate in diverse activities designed to enhance their mental well-being and reflect on their progress.
