Today in 11W we have baked hedgehog bread rolls as part of our ASDAN unit of work.  We started of with our hygiene lesson and today we focussed on wearing hair nets and aprons.  We then mixed our bread mix together.  We then enjoyed kneading the dough.  We shaped the bread rolls and snipped in the hedgehog spikes using scissors.  They look delicious.
