Today in 10s, we worked hard during our Food Technology lesson, to follow recipes in our pairs, to create ‘Space Rock’ buns! We decided to use this recipe to link with our topic of Space in Science but to also allow us to practise lots of different baking techniques at the same time. Our weighing and measuring skills are really improving and today we also practised ‘rubbing in’, grating and whisking- which we think we are getting really good at! We think our buns turned out brilliantly and to add to the space theme, we finished these off with a sprinkling of edible silver glitter!
