In 7T, we have been using our Friday afternoons to work on our cooking and baking skills. This week we combined our creative studies topic ‘minibeasts’ with our baking skills and made ladybird biscuits! Students followed their recipe, collected their equipment, weighed their ingredients and made their biscuits! Once baked and cooled, they made amazing ladybird icing!  Everyone gained themselves another AQA certificate for baking their biscuits with support 🙂
