This week we have visited Cyprus as part of our work on The Commonwealth. We’ve made mosaic jars and then made a mosaic collage of our names in Greek lettering. We’ve tasted lots of Cypriot foods including figs, hummus, flat breads, tzatziki dip, olives and feta cheese. We finished off the week by baking fig tarts. They were very tasty. Next week we are off to investigate Ghana.
