10s have been working hard on pupils’ cutting and peeling techniques within Food Technology lessons this term. This week we worked together to create a couscous salad. We worked in small groups to choose the ingredients we required. We were then tasked with reading a recipe to work out and collect the equipment we needed. We read out measures and weighed the ingredients with support from our peers. We then got to task to create our delicious salads. As you can see we worked well within our teams and the end results were delicious. A job well done!
