Students in 9T have been working together to organise a coffee afternoon for some of the staff. The students worked really well together to plan and organise the event. They make and delivered a variety of hot drinks and then delivered them. They even washed up afterwards.
Andrew has used the textiles techniques of tie-dye and batik to produce this stunning T shirt.
Thanks to everyone who helped to make our Summer Fayre such a great success. Everyone had fun seeing the cars, tractors, helicopters and fire engine. Lots of money was raised, good food eaten and fabulous prizes won.

Students in sixth form have had to opportunity to work with Ali taking part in a workshop on shadow puppets. Students listened to a stories and designed a shadow puppet of their own.
Students in Sixth Form have worked with Ron Young from Durham County Cricket in Leisure and Recreation lessons. They have practised skills in kwik cricket and played a number of games.
The school hosted its Summer Fayre on Saturday, which was a huge success. Students in sixth form in their food technology lessonprepared food to be sold at the Fayre.
