8H have once again been working on our kitchen skills. We have made pasta and sauce with cheese, using the kitchen safely. We have also made cupcakes, as a test-run for what we could sell at enterprise. Our young people practiced wearing masks for the non-cooked parts of the recipe (icing) for added hygiene safety, which were well tolerated for the short period required. Well done!
